Former Ms. Venezuela International, Luisa Diaz Brown, is pleased to announce her return to the pageant stage for the first time in 20 years for a very good cause. Mrs. Diaz Brown's passion and commitment to empowering women has motivated her to accept this invitation as Mrs. Cosmopolitan in the 2019 Mrs. New York America Pageant, which honors and celebrates married women of New York, their families, and their communities. The pageant will take place on March 31, 2019 at the RIT Inn & Conference Center in Rochester, New York.
